Enforcement
Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal from courses, and forfeiture of fees paid. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content Ownership
All content provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Growth Hub or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Videos, presentations, and recorded content are protected by copyright
- Growth Hub branding, logos, and trademarks are our exclusive property
- Software and technological systems are protected by intellectual property laws
Limited License for Students
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course materials solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment period.

You May Not:

Student-Generated Content
Content you create as part of course assignments, projects, or discussions remains your property. However, by submitting content through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content for educational and promotional purposes.
Third-Party Content
Our courses may include content from third-party sources. All third-party content is used under appropriate licenses and remains the property of its respective owners. Students must respect all third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Course Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment Process
- Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment and receipt of confirmation email
- Places in courses are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual
- Course schedules and content may be subject to change with reasonable notice
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
- All course fees are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT
- Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless installment arrangements are made
- Installment plans are available for certain courses with approved credit terms
- Receipts and invoices will be provided for all payments
Refund Policy
- 7-Day Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment
- Before Course Start: 80% refund if cancelled before course commencement
- After Course Start: No refund once course has commenced
- Course Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment
Course Completion and Certification
- Students must complete all required assignments and assessments to receive certification
- Attendance requirements must be met as specified in each course description
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements
- Students who do not meet requirements may retake assessments for an additional fee
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no claims about the specific outcomes or results you may achieve from our courses. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, Growth Hub's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule courses.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication with our support team.

Formal Dispute Resolution
1. Mediation
If informal resolution fails, disputes will first be submitted to mediation through the Cyprus Mediation and Arbitration Centre.
2. Arbitration
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Cyprus arbitration rules.
3. Court Proceedings
As a last resort, any remaining disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus
- Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
- EU consumer protection laws may apply where relevant
- All proceedings will be conducted in English or Greek
8. General Provisions
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable alternatives that achieve the same purpose.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Growth Hub regarding the use of our services.
